  • How much time will I need to dedicate to the program each week?

    The microlearning format is designed to be time-efficient, requiring less than 10 minutes per week to complete the content and exercises.

  • Can I go at my own pace?

    Yes, you can go at your own pace. Complete one module per week, all at once, or somewhere in between. Most importantly, pace yourself so you can practice what you learn in between modules.

  • Will my participation in the course be confidential?
